Unafraid of utilising colour during a somewhat conservative market, the building’s facade successfully veils a multi-storey carpark located within a coastal urban context.

Inspired by the 1960’s beach aesthetic, Rise embraces a playful use of colour and patterning throughout. Soho villas promote a playful transition from the street, all external facades were activated and encourage engagement with the passer by.

Rise is unapologetically bold, giving joy back to the passer by and stands proud against a backdrop of white and grey neighbours.
