Recognising the inherent value in the existing structure, the focus was on optimising external deck spaces and prioritising entertaining space for large family gatherings. The design navigates spatial constraints to enhance living and service areas.

Extensive testing of design elements, flow, and adjacency locations ensured a thoughtful and functional arrangement, while respecting the existing bones and skin of the structure.

The design strives to elevate the standard within the street and region. Attention to detail and collaboration with authorities and the council ensures the best outcome for the client, achieving a harmonious blend of coastal and urban elements.
