Within the limitations of a long narrow lot and tight budgetary constraints, the designs celebrate light and connection to the landscape, offering an efficient, affordable, innovative, and aspirational terrace house typology as a catalyst for future developments.

Prioritising simplicity and efficiency in structure and the use of raw materials, contributed to an aspirational yet restrained aesthetic. Central courtyard light wells bring light into the heart of the building encouraging cross ventilation throughout.

The design emphasises a diverse identity for the suburb precinct through sculptural form and meticulous articulation. Designing in opportunity for personalisation and adaption, the layout creates two distinct social environments, one more social and the other a private retreat.
