The urban density of the immediate context required responsive facade solutions to ensure privacy to neighbouring apartments whilst maximising views to the Maroochy River and providing protection from harsh east and western sunlight.
The incorporation of active, landscaped and passive facade treatments ensured every elevation responded to the immediate existing conditions, while the centralised core enabled cross- ventilation to all apartments.
